The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke has congratulated the Senator representing Osun West Senatorial District, Akogun (Dr) Senator Olalere Kamorudeen Oyewumi, on the occasion of his 65th birthday, praising him for his relentless efforts in uplifting lives.

Governor Adeleke recognises Dr. Oyewumi as a man with a large heart, always utilizing any opportunity that comes his way to advance the good of the people and the society, noting that his endearing sense of responsibility, manifesting in the incredible outputs in positions entrusted on him, earns him the confidence of the people from far and near.

The Governor salutes the Ikire-born politician for rewarding the faith of the people in him with exceptional representation at the Nigerian Senate, ensuring that not only did the voice of his constituents count on the floor, but also attract their fair shares of the dividends of democracy.

“I congratulate Akogun (Dr) Senator Olalere Kamorudeen Oyewumi on the auspicious occasion of his 65th birthday. Dr. Oyewumi is a manifestation of the very essence of true representation, as he daily outline the struggles of his constituents and push for interventions that will make meaningful differences,” Governor Adeleke was quoted as saying in a congratulatory note.

“As one of his numerous constituents, I am proud of the excellent work he’s doing to make our voices count on the floor of the red chamber and I appreciate him for supplementing the efforts of our administration in uplifting lives by facilitating series of interventions.

“I also honour his life of service and dedication, particularly to the PDP in Osun state, working with other leaders, to make it impenetrable by retrogressive forces. Dr. Oyewumi is a reflection of what politicians should be, and that is honest and dependable.”

Governor Adeleke prays to Almighty Allah to bless him with good health and continue to strengthen his resolve to impact lives and advance meaningful development for the Osun West Senatorial District and beyond.
