GOVERNOR ADELEKE CONGRATULATES BAYELSA GOVERNOR, DUOYE DIRI, ON 5 YEARS ANNIVERSARY

The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke has congratulated his Bayelsa state counterpart, Senator Duoye Diri, on the anniversary of his fifth years in office, describing him as a remarkable leader who has made significant impacts in the lives of his people.

Governor Adeleke who hails Senator Diri as a champion of good governance, noted that in five years, he has transformed the physical infrastructure landscape of the state and conscientiously pursue the welfare of citizens, bringing about a commendable improvement in the condition of living of Bayelsans.

The Governor praises Governor Diri for his broad approach to governance, which has united interests towards the important goal of moving Bayelsa state forward, saying that his leadership has not only inspire hopes of a better tomorrow, but also illuminates dreams of every Bayelsans.

“I join family, friends and associates to celebrate an exceptional administrator, His Excellency, Senator Duoye Diri, on his 5th anniversary in office as Governor of Bayelsa state. Senator Diri is a leader who puts the people first in everything, and in the last five years, he has put everything into ensuring a better experience for them,” Governor Adeleke was quoted as saying in a congratulatory message.

“In Bayelsa today, the essence of government is felt across board as Governor Diri’s purposeful governance has brought about a remarkable turnaround in the state’s infrastructure landscape and impact lives positively. With each passing day, Bayelsa is taking a new shape given the monumental infrastructural strides of Governor Diri just as his broad welfare package has inspire joy in many homes.

“On that note, I congratulate him, and wish him an enduring strength and will to continue to touch lives positively with good governance so that Bayelsans and indeed, people outside, will continue to respect and honour him.”
