Hon. Justice S. A. Oke attended Seventh Day Primary School Modakeke and Modakeke High School for his primary and secondary educations respectively. He thereafter obtained National Certificate in Education (Agric. Science) in 1987. He studied Law at Obafemi Awolowo

Hon. Justice S. A. Oke attended Seventh Day Primary School Modakeke and Modakeke High School for his primary and secondary educations respectively. He thereafter obtained National Certificate in Education (Agric. Science) in 1987. He studied Law at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and he obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in 1996. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Abuja where he obtained his Barrister at Law Certificate in the year 1999.Before his elevation to the High Court bench in 2019, his
Lordship was in active legal practice in the law firm of Yusuf O. Ali& Co. from 1999 to 2016. Going by his Lordship’s years of practice and experience, he was promoted as Head of Chambers of the Abuja office of Yusuf Ali & Co, from 2002 to 2016 when he established his own private law office at Suite 43, Yasuha Plaza, Behind A. P. Plaza, Wuse II, Abuja. He had vast legal appearance sin Courts and Tribunals in the land including the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Federal High Court, State High Court, National
Industrial Court and Investment Tribunals. He also participated in Election Petition Tribunals from 2003 to 2019 including but not limited to the Presidential Election Tribunals, Governorship and Senate/National Assembly Election Petitions in 2003, 2007 and2011 respectively. His lordship is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association and American Bar Association. He has attended all conferences of the Nigerian Bar Association, Conference of the American Bar Association in 2003 as well as Conferences of the International Bar Association in the year 2009 and 2015.
