Mr. A. A. Bello was born in Osogbo on 18th March, 1966.  He hails from Osogbo, in Osogbo Local Government Area of Osun State.  He attended Ansar-Ud-Deen Primary School, Gbonmi (Sabo Area) Osogbo (1972-1977) and Saint Lawrence’s Grammar School, (Imo road) Ilesa, Osun

Mr. A. A. Bello was born in Osogbo on 18th March, 1966.  He hails from Osogbo, in Osogbo Local Government Area of Osun State.  He attended Ansar-Ud-Deen Primary School, Gbonmi (Sabo Area) Osogbo (1972-1977) and Saint Lawrence’s Grammar School, (Imo road) Ilesa, Osun State (1979-1983) for both First School Leaving Certificate and West African School Certificates respectively.

 

He later proceeded to the Ondo State University (now University of Ado-Ekiti) Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria to study Political Science in 1985 where he bagged his B.Sc (Hons) Political Science in 1989.  He did his mandatory National Youth Service in year 1990/1991 in (former) Anambra State (Now Enugu State).  He was later admitted into the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria to pursue his Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA) and completed the programme in 1995.

 

Mr. Bello joined the services of Osun State as an Administrative Officer II, GL. 08 on 23rd October, 1998 and had his appointment confirmed on 23rd October, 2000. He had served in several Ministries and Agencies of Government in different capacities which include amongst others:  Ministry of Information, Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning, Ministry of Health, Osun State Planning Commission, Office of the Governor (Protocol & Government House), Ministry of Youths, Sports and Special Needs, Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Civil Service Commission and Ministry of Finance.  He has also attended several Seminars, Workshops and In-Service Trainings which has enhanced his capacity in the Civil Service.

He is presently the Director, Administration and Supplies of the Ministry of Finance, Osogbo.  Mr. Bello is happily married with children.
